Its mental health awareness week and this year the mental health foundation are raising aware for anxiety. Many people suffer from anxiety from mild to extreme cases but those who experience severe anxiety may not know how to get the right help and manage their illness. The mental health foundation have produced a guide on living with anxiety and is available to download and print for free
